Title: Power Electrical Engineer (W2)

Location: Shelby, NC (must relocate if not local, and will be a hybrid schedule)

12 month contract

Job Description:

Seeking a highly experienced Power Electrical Engineer to join our formal verification test team. This role involves completing configuration checkout and testing of MCU1 boards, writing verification test cases and procedures, and executing these tests with a technician. Responsibilities:

Participate in the formal verification test team.

Complete configuration checkout and testing of MCU1 boards.

Write and execute verification test cases and procedures for MCU1.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate and thorough testing.

Utilize ARINC 429 and Holt IC's hostless ARINC 429 devices.

Work with Texas Instruments' UC2625.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience working with embedded systems consisting of analog and digital electronic circuits.

At least 5 years of experience with 270VDC+ motor drive bridges.

10+ years of experience with isolated motor drives and galvanically isolated feedback/control systems.

Familiarity with formal aspects of design per DO-254 guidance.

5+ years of experience with Altium for generation and maintenance of ECAD files (schematic, board design, component management).

Excellent communication skills.
