Position Overview

As a Demand and Logistics Analyst, you are a data influencer, inspiring cross functional teams to share ideas, debate approaches and receive feedback to deliver more effective analysis to maximize efficiencies, execution, profitability, and growth. As a data expert, you promote data fluency throughout the organization and become a champion for data/research-based decision-making and developing efficiencies in the supply chain operations.


Key Accountabilities:

Take ownership of area of responsibility to serve the customer and drive profitable sales for the company.

Perform data analysis, review dashboards and other tools weekly to drive insights on selling, reorder needs, out of stocks and customer behavior.

Communicate to vendor on buys, air requests, and delivery needs.

Communicate insights, and act with speed using a data-driven point of view.

Collaborate with subject matter expert to create and document business processes, standard operating procedures and manage updates.

Be the subject matter expert to represent the team in Business Applications and System upgrade discussion.

Be the subject matter expert in Data tools and reports to enable sales channel, market, end users analysis. Use available data tools to synchronize data in reporting portal.

Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or shipper issues. Prioritize shipments to the warehouse to ensure proper workflow and timing.

Keep up to date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.

Maintain and communicate cargo status reports, communicate hot container arrival, and be the driver to resolve issues.

Requirements:

Skills/Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

2-3 years of experience in retail or promotional products planning, product management, buying and/or supply chain and logistics management experience required.

Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence cross-functionally in support of the customer.

A supportive team player.

A personable and energetic communicator, eager to collaborate and build relationships.

Passionate about the role of data in helping solve complex questions.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a must.

Familiarity in Cyberquery, FDM4, Atlas, PLM, Salesforce a plus
