Description:
One of our leading industry clients in the hospitality industry is excited to welcome a new Procurement Manager to their team. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for digital solutions and will play a key role in enchaining digital solutions and driving procurement excellence. The Procurement Manager will engage in meaningful work that will enhance and impact the team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50 - $55 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
The Procurement Manager will assist in executing their digital strategy to improve systems and efficiencies, contributing to owner returns and ensuring necessary controls. The Procurement Manager will also help develop L&L F&B order guides and manage supplier adoption of our digital solutions, focusing on catalog onboarding. The Procurement Manager will build relationships with external partners and collaborate with the Digital Team. Experience Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience managing digital solutions, ideally within procurement (S2P systems)
  • Strong background in supply chain or procurement operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of P2P systems and tools; hotel P2P implementation experience is a plus
  • Advanced system architecture skills
  • Strong project management and analytical abilities
  • Proven ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders


Education Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or Supply Chain is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also highly valued


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
