Job Details

Job Description:

  • In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Care team to prepare presentations for the Executive team by adding the metrics and trends from the previous month.
  • This will require you to understand and query data from various sources, analyze text data related to customer feedback, communicate with various stakeholders, and deliver clear and concise presentation slides.
  • The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with data analysis expertise and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders by creating presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python to identify trends, report metrics, uncover insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Presentation Delivery: Coordinate and manage multiple timelines to ensure that data analysis, metrics, trends and supporting stories are added to reports during the preparation of executive presentations.
  • Effective Data Story Telling: Present insights that put the data & information you are sharing in the context of the customer experience.

Experience:

  • 3+ Years writing SQL queries in a company setting.
  • 3+ Years doing data analysis.
  • 3+ Years creating slides for Leadership or Executive Audiences (or demonstrating examples of high quality presentation skills for other audiences).
  • Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write complex queries, optimize queries performance, and ensure data accuracy independently.
  • Proficiency in Python: Ability to process and perform data analysis in Python.
  • Effective communication skills to present data-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with the analysis of Text Data.
  • Experience with the analysis of Customer Support or Customer Feedback Data.
  • Experience with topic modeling text data or applying Language Models to text data.

Education:

  • Technical Degree Related to Data Analysis: e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.
