IT Technical Analyst - Salesforce

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Technical Analyst - Salesforce in Tampa, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Systems and Application Development and Deployment:
* IT Technical Analyst will participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems
* Participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
* Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
* Define solution limitations and requirements
* Work with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution's technology stack
* Communicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical direction

Testing, Documentation and Procedures:
* Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
* As an IT Technical Analyst, you will develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)
* Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* SAP S4 / HANA implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the SD, MM, PP and QM modules
* 5+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
* Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes
* Working knowledge of Salesforce.com will be considered an asset
* Working knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an asset
* Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
