Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) implementations in the Supply Chain Planning space.
• Configure and design SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Utilize SAP Cloud Integration Data Services (CI-DS) for seamless data migration and integration.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP IBP and APO solutions across the tech stack (batch jobs, HANA views, issue debugging).
• Work in an Agile environment delivering user stories and enhancement tasks for APO and IBP.
• Support data extracts and transition from APO to IBP with a practical understanding of ABAP code.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP implementation experience in Supply Chain Planning, including hands-on IBP implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning modules.
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP CI-DS.
• Agile project experience.
• Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills with business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple technical layers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Experience with S/4 HANA implementations.
• SAP IBP Certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and write ABAP code for customization and data extraction.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities with advanced analytical skills
