Job Details
Diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT hardware.
Manage inventory of hardware components and ensure proper documentation.
Deploy and configure new hardware for end-users.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the depot.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $20 to $30/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location and industry.
