Job Title: AWS Tech Lead/Sr. Developer

Location: 100% Remote (McKinney, TX)

Project Duration: W2 Contract/Full Time (with Dminds payroll)

Job Description:

• Minimum of 10 years in Cloud and over 15 years in IT industry
• Working experience in AWS Cloud and strong experience with migrating to Cloud (specially Public Cloud to Public Cloud Migration)
• Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
• Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the why, and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
• Ensure systems align with business objectives by planning and implementing cloud infrastructure, maintaining security and compliance standards, and continuously optimizing and updating cloud solutions
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of solutions which will include developing, testing and releasing Infrastructure as Code
• Experience in landing zone analysis, gap analysis (Source Landing Zone to Target Landing Zone), and Cloud assessment
• Expertise in developing Cloud Migration Plan and executing the Cloud Migration project
• Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications
• Help our clients modernize their architecture and core technologies
• Sound knowledge in all aspects of Cloud Security, Network, Data Protection, Architecture, Monitoring, Logging, PaaS
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and address any technical challenges
