Brooksource is seeking an experienced project manager to lead our Fortune 500 telecommunications client s Location Lifecycle Management (LLM) Intelligence Project. This initiative involves managing a team of analysts working to clean up and enrich construction location data for approximately 75,000 projects representing over 3.5 million addresses. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the analyst team and our client s leadership team and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 12 analysts, providing guidance, removing roadblocks, and ensuring project milestones are met

• Serve as the primary interface with leadership and stakeholders

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting

• Monitor and report on project progress, ROI, and any blockers encountered

• Coordinate resource allocation and workflow optimization

• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate project risks

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management or team leadership

• Experience managing technical or data-focused teams

• Strong personnel management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Demonstrated experience with project status reporting and presenting to leadership

• Problem-solving skills and ability to remove roadblocks for team members

• Experience with data analysis projects preferred

• Formal project management certification (PMP) a plus but not required
