Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects in the areas of Mortgage, Lending, and Data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Manager will lead and manage multiple projects related to Mortgage, Lending, and Data from initiation to completion
* Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and business units, to ensure project alignment with business objectives
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* As a Project Manager, you will foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment
* Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance
* Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry
* Loan Origination System Migration experience
* Strong knowledge of mortgage and lending processes, as well as data management and analytics
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, and Trello)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
