Job Title: Billing SME CSS (Customer Support System) Customer/1
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Billing SME with hands-on expertise in CSS (Customer Support System) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in telecom billing systems, especially CSS Billing, and be capable of engaging directly with customers for requirement gathering, solutioning, and coding the required changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CSS Billing specializing in billing configurations, rating, invoicing, and customer account lifecycle.
- Interact with customers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Perform hands-on development and coding to implement changes within the CSS Billing platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide domain support during testing, defect resolution, and production rollout.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong domain expertise in telecom billing systems preferably Amdocs CSS Billing or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with billing logic, usage charging, invoicing cycles, adjustments, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical tasks.
- Proficiency in coding and implementing changes within the CSS platform (e.g., C/C++, Java, SQL or relevant tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a telecom/OSS/BSS environment.
- Familiarity with integration of billing with CRM or customer portals.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
