Lead QA Analyst

Position: IT Software Lead QA Analyst (Leading a Team Experience is Mandatory)

Location: Columbus, OH / Memphis, TN (Onsite Opportunity 5 Days / Week and Looking for Tennessee or Ohio Locals)

Experience Level: 8+Years

Must Skill Set :

• 8 plus years QA Experience
• Leadership experience (Leading Meetings, Attend Project Meetings, Track Prod Defects and Reviewing testing documents)
• Strong communications skills
• Strong Organizational skills
• Good SQL/Oracle skills
• Good Troubleshooting skills
• Basic Unix experience
• Manual Testing

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of client/server applications and claims management systems
• Excellent project management skills
• High level of self-motivation
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Leadership skills
• Analytical and interpretive skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
