Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, specifically within the non-profit sector. This role requires leadership in managing complex projects, working closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations in the non-profit sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and D365 F&O capabilities, focusing on enhancing non-profit operations.
- Customize and configure D365 F&O modules to fit specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-go-live support to maximize user adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within non-profit processes, leveraging the capabilities of D365 F&O.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft updates, ensuring that solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in D365 F&O finance module, with a proven track record in full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in finance module functionalities, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, expense management, FP&A, and Cash and Bank Management.
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O configuration, customization, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with clients effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
