Skilled and self-motivated Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams, ensuring project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, and expertise in project management methodologies. This candidate will most likely be focused on our customer success area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines using tools like Smartsheet.
• Provide weekly status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Facilitate meetings and calls, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Identify and resolve project issues and challenges promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• MS-PowerPoint - very important.
• Customer Success exp preferred
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in preparing and delivering detailed status reports.
