OCM Lead - SuccessFactors Implementation in US & Canada

Primarily Remote - On-Site meetings in Ohio during workshops and key project deliverables

Duration - Through the end of 2026 - Two years

We are hiring a seasoned OCM Lead to support a multi-phase SuccessFactors implementation for our US and Canada operations. This role will guide the transition from an on-prem SAP HCM, payroll and Cornerstone TMS system to SuccessFactors, focusing on aligning processes, workflows, and change management across three divisions.

The OCM Lead will work closely with internal HR teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption, effective process alignment, and leading all change management efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management strategy and execution, aligning project plans with OCM and communication plans for the phased SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams and external consulting partners to ensure seamless migration from SAP on-prem systems to SuccessFactors, addressing concerns and needs of various HR stakeholders.
  • Facilitate process design and workflow standardization across divisions to align with SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Lead workshops and key project deliverables, including onsite sessions in Ohio, to drive consensus and resolve issues.
  • Engage with HR and operational teams to identify and address change impacts and resistance, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and systems.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication and training plans, leveraging internal resources to deliver training programs and materials.
  • Measure and monitor the success of change initiatives through key metrics
  • Act as a liaison between HR teams and technical resources to ensure change initiatives are clearly understood and effectively implemented

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, especially in Core HR, Payroll, and talent management processes.
  • Progressive career in leading OCM for large-scale HR technology implementations
  • Experience managing complex, multi-divisional change initiatives with a focus on process alignment.
