Pay Range: $46hr - $51hr
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues in production.
- Lead troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of unexpected system behaviors impacting service quality.
- Liaise with stakeholders (technical and business) for problem resolution.
- Communicate issue/resolution status (written and verbal) to project team and management.
- Perform minor production bug fixes.
- Conduct disaster recovery and patch testing.
- Handle data extraction, reporting, and audit activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and possess solid execution skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong support experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Experience with Control-M, ServiceNow, and MQ.
- Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, HTML, and ORM technologies such as JPA2 and Hibernate.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
