Job Summary:
10+ years of verifiable experience developing full stack solutions and ecommerce solutions
Expertise in Online Ordering (OLO), Microservices, GraphQL, React and AWS
Daily tracking of tickets - Ticket Creation & prioritization
Resolution of incidents, bugs, service requests, RCA
Monitoring operations to make sure tickets are addressed in a timely manner
Track and report Delivery performance, Major accomplishments, Capacity Utilization, Trends, Quality, ValueAdds
Risks, Issues and Concerns on time
Periodic updates to stakeholders, Code fix based on RCA s
Focus on Continuous service improvements and Value additions to the client
Ability to work effectively and manage partnerships with all areas and members of the business as well as all levels of the organization.
Superb troubleshooting & debugging skills Interest in staying current and applying the most current best practices
Able to work Agile environment also should have strong understanding of Application Maintenance and Support
Play a single point of contact for the client stakeholders with a clear understanding of their KPIs and SLAs
