Job Details

Required Skills - 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce-related projects.
Strong expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred).
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation, migration, and integration projects.
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
Job Duties - Project Management & Leadership:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects (implementations, customizations, integrations).
Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define project scope and requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Ensure quality control and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance.
Scrum & Agile Implementation:
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments to team progress.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project KPIs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum team.
Salesforce & Technical Collaboration:
Work with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Oversee deployments, testing, and user training to ensure adoption and success.
Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, Marketing, Service, etc.).
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to enhance project delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience - Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce PMP, or Scrum Master certification).
Experience in Copado, Gearset, or CI/CD tools for Salesforce DevOps.
Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle (Apex, Lightning, SOQL) is a plus.
