Title: Functional Analyst (Taleo)
Location: Washington, DC (On-site once a week)
Duration: 9 months
Job Description:
We are seeking a technical or techno-functional professional to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) integration and report development using the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment. Functional knowledge of TEE is highly desirable.
The role involves ensuring seamless integration between Taleo and existing HCM systems, developing reports, and conducting end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The candidate will also support the development of new integrations and reports, as well as enhancements to existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify existing integrations and create new ones, including configuring Taleo integration settings and APIs.
- Develop reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
- Document integration processes, data flows, and system configurations in detail.
- Provide training sessions for staff on integrated systems.
- Generate data migration reports to confirm successful data transfers.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Deliverables:
- Design, create, and test assigned integrations.
- Design, create, and test assigned reports.
- Document project deliverables, including requirements specifications, designs, and test results.
- Prepare and deliver documents for peer review.
- Monitor issues during various project phases and collaborate with the team for resolution.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:
- Expertise in modifying and creating integrations and configuring Taleo integration settings and APIs.
- Experience in developing reports and addressing ad-hoc data requests.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation for integration processes and system configurations.
- Strong ability to train relevant staff on integrated systems.
- Experience in generating data migration reports and confirming successful transfers.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
