Join our dynamic team as an IT Requirements Manager at Case Management Consulting!

This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)

Impactful Duties:

  • Supports IA's government Technical Officer/Chief Technologist on technology issues, projects, and NGA's foreign partnerships.
  • Provides technical expertise to desk officers, assists in developing technology requirements, supports programmatic requirements, and recommends software tools.
  • Involved in all phases of the program process lifecycle, provides technical expertise for IA program builds, and performs technology-related studies and analyses for IA's technology goals and objectives.
  • Tracks, monitors, and reports the progress of NGA's transformation initiatives.

Required:

  • A master's degree.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly).
  • A minimum of 15 years of related work experience in the following areas:

  • Project management tools, techniques, and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing initial and long-range goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience providing recommendations and draft solutions regarding technology challenges to assist office and agency leadership regarding foreign partner engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience using, developing, and maintaining SharePoint

Desired:

  • Experience developing, using, or evaluating enterprise architectures using standard architecture methodologies such as the DoD Architecture Framework, Federal Enterprise Architecture, or Zachman models.
  • Demonstrated experience using presentation techniques and visualization effects to develop effective briefing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating monthly meetings and updates.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a complete chronological history of significant events and decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and verifying funding and program requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing financial and logistics plans.
