Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead AEM React Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and high-performance web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.js. You will guide a talented team of developers and work closely with clients to deliver enterprise-level applications that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of AEM-based solutions, ensuring that they meet enterprise standards for scalability, performance, and security.
- React Front-End Development: Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient React components, ensuring seamless integration with AEM back-end systems to provide dynamic, responsive, and engaging user experiences.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers. Conduct regular code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide training to help team members grow professionally.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into AEM and React-based solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and product managers to deliver solutions that are aligned with client goals while ensuring high usability and design standards.
- Performance & Optimization: Continuously optimize AEM and React-based applications for performance, speed, and search engine optimization (SEO). Implement best practices for caching, CDN usage, and efficient content delivery.
- Integration & API Development: Integrate AEM with third-party platforms such as CRMs, marketing automation tools, payment systems, and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and processes.
- Agile Development: Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions meet industry security standards and compliance requirements, implementing secure coding practices and reviewing vulnerability assessments.
- Innovation & R&D: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and React development, continuously evaluating new technologies and best practices to implement in our projects.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and 2+ years of experience with React.js for front-end development.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web technologies.
- Expertise in AEM components, templates, workflows, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Proficiency in Java and back-end development using AEM's Sling, JCR, and OSGi architecture.
- Experience with DevOps, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and providing solutions.
- Bachelor s Degree: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Skills:
- AEM Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM or relevant certifications.
- Front-End Frameworks: Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and libraries like Redux, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Mobile Development: Experience with AEM Mobile solutions or integrating mobile applications with AEM.
- Cloud Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of cloud architecture and services, especially in AWS or Azure environments.
