Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (AI/ML EPM experience preferred)

Location: San Ramon, CA (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably with experience in AI/ML. This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as a strong technical understanding of software architecture and development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex schedules involving multiple work streams.
• Facilitate meetings (design, problem resolution, progress, status, reporting, etc.).
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in software architecture and development, including experience managing AI/ML projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in Release Management.
• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Excellent communication skills (required).
• Strong time management skills (required).
• Scrum Master certification or experience (required).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment (required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Apple products/environment.
• 2-5 years of experience with Java.
• 2-5 years of experience with Machine Learning.
• 2-5 years of experience with NLP technologies (e.g., scikit-learn).
• 2-5 years of experience with Python.

Experience managing AI/ML projects.
