6+ Month Contract Opportunity

100% On-Site in downtown Los Angeles

Day Shift

Occasional travel required to other sites in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities and Required Experience:

• As a member of the infrastructure team, the Network Engineer will help support the design, implementation, maintenance and operational support of all aspects of the LAN/WAN infrastructure consisting of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, monitoring systems, and structured cabling.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multi-protocol networks
• Active certifications such as CCNA and CCNP preferred
• Must have experience working in mid to large enterprise infrastructure environments, Healthcare environment required
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Juniper Networks equipment and operating systems required
• Experience with Cisco and other major telephony platforms preferred
• Experience with structured cabling
• Excellent time management and organization skills, must be self-starter
• Experience creating and maintaining technical drawings and documentation, and reading floor plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate activities with clinical leadership and technical teams
• Experience in time keeping, meeting minutes, project coordination required
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
