Position: Sr Data Center Operator

Location: Miami, FL

Duration : 6 month Contract with potential extension

Position Overview:

This person will sit in a data center, some light lifting involved, not doing any racking and stacking, more monitoring computer systems, mainframes, network equipment, mostly physical infra that's till lives in the data center, looking at monitoring jobs that are running on the mainframe and making sure they are not stuck, level 1 support, find out whats making that noise, is something on that row getting a power supply issue, not arranging many things, limited logistics, may be the recipient of this

service now for ticketing - must but open to flexing

ab con scheduler would be a big thumbs up, but not expecting someone to walk in here, with all this knowledge in applications - end light in there for inventory management is a plus

MUST HAVES:

1. Previous Data Center Tech exp. with 5+ years of Experience with

2. ServiceNow for ticketing

3. Network monitoring tools/basic networking concepts

4. Tier 1 troubleshooting exp.
