The wage range of $75,000 - $85,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.

Process Management and Improvement
- Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Develop new systems or processes that streamline business operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on key performance metrics
Manage EDI Transactions
- Manage and monitor EDI transactions and workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement EDI solutions.
- Analyze and resolve EDI-Related issues, providing technical support and guidance.
Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed of project progress.
Customer Support
- Provide support to customer service teams in addressing escalated issues.
- Ensure that customer complaints and queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Compliance and Sales Risk Management
- Ensure that operational procedures comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify potential sales risks and work on mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong SAP or EDI knowledge

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
