NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Business Analysis Senior Specialist to join their team in Frisco, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).REMOTE

Responsibilities:

  • Data Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of healthcare-related data, including financial transactions, payments, and other metrics. Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Determine descriptions and analysis of Operations and Client needs, business impacts and system process functionality.
  • Analyze individual program/account performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
  • Managing application management and Intensive research and analysis of new techniques to improve productivity.
  • Generates regular reports and analyze the clients data to monitor accounts receivable, track payments and adjustments.
  • Provide analytical support and identify business trends that require action.
  • Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Ensure reconciliation processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders and engage in effective communication to understand their needs, provide support, and address reconciliation-related issues.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Health Plan Encounter and 837 expertise
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
  • Familiarity with healthcare financial systems, process of Insurance/Patient payments and adjustments and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA), and revenue cycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $55-$67/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
