Job Overview: A highly respected law firm based in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Personal
Injury Paralegal to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and
supportive legal team handling various personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in personal injury law and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing all aspects of personal injury cases from
initiation through settlement or trial.
Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions,
and discovery responses. Ensure timely filing with the court.
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, manage
relationships, and provide regular case updates.
Legal Research: Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries to assist in case
preparation.
Medical Records & Evidence: Organize medical records, bills, and other evidence for
personal injury cases and prepare exhibits for trial.
Discovery & Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing for depositions, trials, and settlement
conferences. Manage discovery requests and responses.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
Legal Knowledge: Proficiency in California state laws and personal injury litigation
procedures.
Skills: Strong knowledge of personal injury legal terminology, filings, and deadlines.
Tech Proficiency: Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
