Job Description: QA UKG WFM Pro

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro to oversee and lead functional testing across various modules, including Reporting, Scheduling, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Timekeeping, Attendance, Mobile and Personas. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Testing Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end functional testing efforts for UKG WFM Pro modules, ensuring comprehensive coverage across Reporting, Scheduling, ESS, Timekeeping, Mobile, Attendance, and Personas.

Develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality against requirements.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with QAs, PdMs, Engineering and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align testing efforts.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects promptly.

UKG Expertise Application:

Leverage advanced knowledge of UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub to validate data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance.

Ensure all reports and data outputs meet the business's compliance and operational needs.

Quality Assurance Practices:

Establish and enforce QA best practices, including defect management, root cause analysis, and test environment management.

Monitor and report on testing progress, metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Team Mentorship and Guidance:

Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Lead by example to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years in QA roles, with at least 3 years as a QA Lead in projects involving UKG WFM Pro.

UKG Knowledge: Proficiency in UKG Dataview, Reports, and Data Hub. Experience with WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, ESS, Attendance, and Personas, is essential.

Testing Tools:

Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Test Assure, JIRA, Selenium, or equivalent automated test management tools.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives and manage team dynamics effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.
