Job Summary:

1. Plan and design ServiceNow solutions as part of a project implementation team.
2. Assist in directing the ServiceNow implementation and certify solution designs.
3. Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure high-quality solution development.
4. Possess 7 to 8 years of experience on the ITSM ServiceNow platform as a developer or Functional Consultant.
5. Have experience in standardizing and improvising ITIL processes and function implementations in large technology engagements.
6. Be able to work with various levels of IT service management internally and client organization.
7. Possess hands-on experience in writing process documents, process flows, user stories, and functional requirements specification documents for ITIL processes.
8. Have experience in IT enablement of respective business function - process design, implementation, and support.
9. Lead large teams in functional and technical streams.
10. Be accountable for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement.
11. Design roadmaps for customers based on ServiceNow releases and understand customer requirements to design optimal solutions.
12. Work closely with the team to ensure technical feasibility and identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.
13. Lead internal development of business process story/requirement gathering.
14. Prepare and present business case/solution design/functional requirements for IT service management process areas and modules to customers.
15. Work with tool developers to ensure development aligns with specified functional requirements.
16. Provide process training to customer and vendor end users and support users.
17. Have experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
18. Hold ServiceNow Developer Certification and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.
19. Have in-depth experience of ITSM systems (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.
20. Possess a comprehensive understanding of Service Level Agreements and performance metrics.
21. Have great written and verbal communication skills.
