We re looking for a Director of Marketing to bring fresh, creative energy to our marketing efforts, driving growth and amplifying our brand across digital, social, and traditional channels. What You ll Do:
- Develop and execute bold, innovative marketing strategies that elevate the firm s presence across Florida and beyond.
- Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and creative solutions.
- Own the firm s online presence by creating engaging, real-time content for social media and our website.
- Lead exciting, high-profile events and speaking engagements that showcase our attorneys expertise.
- Partner with top media outlets to tell our story and expand our influence.
- Create compelling newsletters and email campaigns that keep clients informed on important legal trends.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with our legal team to drive targeted, results-oriented marketing initiatives.
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in law firm marketing.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and event management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a passion for creativity and results.
- Experience working closely with attorneys and deep knowledge of the legal industry.
