Position Summary
Oracle Data Management and Analytics Technical Sr. Associates are creative problem solvers who help our clients tackle their most complex technical challenges. They have a wide variety of experience utilizing their technical expertise to lead clients through the design, implementation, optimization, and enhancements of their Oracle Data Management and Analytics systems.
The duties of the Technical Senior Associate can vary depending on the project's size, scope, and individual expertise; however, the primary focus will be as a client-facing, hands-on technical lead for Oracle Data Management and Analytics projects. This role will require mentoring and developing junior Oracle Data Management and Analytics team members' capabilities.

The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or comparable professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Data Management and Analytics in a consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated technical lead roles for multiple Oracle Cloud projects using platforms like OCI, OAC, OBIEE, FDI, FAW, BI Publisher, ODI, Oracle Database, and BICC.
- Hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) networking and security project experience.
- Hands-on Oracle Analytics Cloud, ADW, Oracle Object Storage configuration and administration project experience.
- Strong programming skills in Oracle SQL
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff in methodology and technical aspects of Oracle Data Management and Analytics implementations.
- Authorized to work in the US (No sponsorship required)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Current Oracle Analytics or FAW/FDI certification
- Hands-on Fusion Data Intelligence project experience
- Hands-on Oracle Data Visualization project experience
- Hands-on OAC Classic/OBIEE/OTBI development experience
- Hands-on BI Publisher development experience
- Hands-on Data Flow and Dataset project experience is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP and HCM systems, including General Ledgers, Sub-Ledgers, Budgeting, Payroll, and Recruiting, among other related applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle database, dimensional modeling, star schema design, ETL products, and security systems/protocols.
- Programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to quickly establish expertise. This includes creating technical design/solution architecture documents and delivering functional and technical client presentations.
- Industry experience in Higher Education and Research, Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy/Utilities, or Manufacturing is ideal.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
- Flexible living locations in US OR Canada
