MSP Liaison

Arthur Lawrence is seeking an experienced MSP Specialist to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure optimal service delivery and alignment with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and MSPs, fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define service requirements and expectations for MSPs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of MSPs, providing feedback and support to ensure quality service delivery.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for MSP personnel as needed.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to MSP services in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in managed services and healthcare.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar MSP liaison role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of managed service provider frameworks and best practices.
• Clinical experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Clinical or engineering experience is highly desirable
