Job Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Django to develop and maintain high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration between the UI and server-side logic. You will be part of a dynamic team working on scalable, secure, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Django.
  • Implement responsive and interactive UI components using React.js, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Develop and optimize backend services and APIs using Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
  • Ensure database design, queries, and performance optimization for PostgreSQL/MySQL.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Implement authentication and security mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
  • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and automate testing.
  • Monitor application performance, security, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Backend: Django, Django Rest Framework (DRF), Python
  • Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL
  • APIs: RESTful API design and implementation
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
  • Testing: Unit and integration testing (Jest, Pytest)
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins/GitHub Actions
  • Authentication & Security: JWT, OAuth, Role-based access control (RBAC)

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with TypeScript
  • Knowledge of AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure for cloud deployment
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in React.js and Django.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance and security.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and working in collaborative team environments.
  • Passion for clean code, best practices, and modern development methodologies.
