At least 7+ years of SAP Basis Technical experience in managing and administering SAP landscapes in complex landscape
Experience in Oracle and HANA administration in large environments, preferably running SAP Business Suites
Experience with SAP installations, Upgrades, System copies& refreshes and Performance Tuning.
Provide all aspects of technical support for SAP Basis Administration in proactive and reactive modes, to ensure that SAP systems perform at optimized level to meet or exceed SLAs
Strong Experience in handling SAP system refresh with Oracle and HANA DB in complex landscape.
Administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP environments
Resolve day to day production support issues, system stabilization, operations, release management activities.
Monitor and Administer Batch Jobs, System Health, and System Performance
Provide Day to Day SAP Basis support to maintain 24x7 System availability
Proactively perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues to resolution
Provide Operations support for SAP Systems and Technical Infrastructure, including Transport Administration
Develop and maintain effective working relationship with SAP Application owners, IT Infrastructure, Server Support, and Network Teams
Knowledge of AIX/Linux required for SAP Basis support
Monitor HANA system backups, HANA system replication, and maintain and configure high-availability environments
Experience in SLT Administration, SAP Cloud connector and BTP administration replication issues
Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues in SAP systems and Oracle and HANA database
Manage SAP application and infrastructure outages
Perform 24X7 on-call applications support responsibilities as needed and willing to be on-call during weekends as and when required
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams spread across regions
Ability to lead critical issues involving large SAP systems based on Oracle and HANA
Ability to take ownership of work activities and take it to conclusion in a timely and efficient manner
Able to work and connect with the team remotely who are located in other geographies.
