Job Details

CherryRoad Technologies is hiring an Oracle training Specialist who will work closely with the project lead on developing training materials using a digital adoption platform, such as Apty or Oracle Guided Learning.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support cloud client learning needs, such as development and delivery end-user training for Oracle Cloud offerings.
  • Support and assist with the development, maintenance, and ongoing support of the cloud document repository.
  • CIS support expert for one suite of cloud products, such as: HCM, Financials, Procurement, etc.
    Secondary responsibilities:
  • Support CherryRoad Technologies marketing efforts when requested. This may include database staging, online branding, and assisting with oral presentations of the system.
  • Support cloud consultant learning needs such as; development of training materials, delivery sessions, group FAQ sessions, etc. for cloud software support
  • Manage content reviews and updates using CherryRoad s LMS

Required Skills:

  • 1+ Experience developing training materials using a digital adoption platform, such as Apty or Oracle Guided Learning.
  • 3+ years of developing End User Training Material for Adult Learners.
  • 3+ years of experience using at least one of the following: UPK, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, or Lectora.
  • 2+ Experience with ERP Systems software functionality for a variety of modules/business processes within one suite offering, such as: HCM, Financials, Procurement, etc.
  • 3+ years of working on a team and as individual self-starter.
  • 3+ years delivering end-user training
  • 1+ years delivering Train-the-Trainer courses
  • 3+ years of Public Sector Experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
  • Ability to self-motivate; a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to engage collaboratively in a dynamic, team- and service-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely, and effectively communicate complex business processes and solutions
  • Ability to systematically analyze and document new and/or existing software functionality with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to identify and use multiple resources to solve product and/or consultant issues
  • Ability to apply adult learning principles when developing training materials in an agile learning environment
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to complete assigned tasks
  • Champion miscellaneous administrative projects/other related assignments as requested

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required
  • PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud experience highly desirable
  • Digital Adoption Platform developer highly derirable
