Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to become a part of our growing team! You will be required to perform a variety of hydraulic analysis, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operation efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers using our products, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
- Conduct field studies to assess inflow and infiltration (I&I) in municipal sewer systems.
- Analyze hydraulic and I&I data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings, data, and recommendations for I&I studies.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to provide technical expertise during customer presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist in developing project specifications, system designs, and performance assessments.
- Work with internal teams to improve product features and enhance customer satisfaction based on field feedback.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling, sewer system analysis, and I&I studies.
- Proficient in hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Familiarity with municipal infrastructure and water/wastewater systems is a plus.
