Network Administrator
Greenville, NC
12-month contract
Immediate start
The Network Administrator manages and executes assigned technical projects for the Greenville, North Carolina location. They work closely with other IT team members as well as business partners. This position provides advanced technical software, hardware, and network support management services. The Network Administrator is responsible for providing mid-to high tiered support for the network and computer environments for the Greenville, NC location.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Manufacturing Operational Technology, or related field with MCSE, CCNP, CCNA certifications and 5 years IT experience.
- Industrial Manufacturing environment experience
- Understand Licensing Compliance and Support Agreements for PC, technical, and hardware equipment infrastructure
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve wide range of technical network-related problems including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Address, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve wide range of technical hardware and software related problems including printers, mobile phones, audio/visual, video conferencing, iPad, iMac, UPS systems, fiber optic cabling, Windows OS (workstation/server), Apple iOS, Office applications, anti-virus, badging systems/software, VPN, VMWare.
- Active Directory Management
- Physical Network Components (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Address, Backup Power, Cabling Management, etc.)
- Familiar with Server Software and Hardware Troubleshooting and Installation
- Proficient in Internet technologies and products
- Microsoft Windows operating systems
