Job Details
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented NOC Engineer
As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure and systems
Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or in a similar network operations role
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols
Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and analyzing packet captures
Working knowledge of NOC Monitoring Tools.
Provide first level 24x7x365 escalation support for customers Internal and External. Answer customer calls and provide high level of service.
CISCO for creating and handling RMAs/Cases
Document all calls and equipment issues with a high degree of detail.
