The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients' objectives in important areas.
- Work with the Client and our Business Analysts to design applications
- Take requirements and code solutions that meet the documented requirements
- Monitor applications and respond to system problems and abends as needed
- Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web- site Development).
- Applies company and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity.
- Configures account level or enterprise systems designed by more senior technologists.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of applications development and batch programming with C/C++/C#.
- Medicaid and claims experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of SQL and Oracle, testing tools and test scripting.
- Experience using an Integrated Dev Environment (Azure, Visual Studio ...).
- Basic understanding of modern SCM, modern software design and development methodologies (Object Oriented).

- Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
