  • Work as part of a program to:


    • Understand business requirements and connections between multiple internal groups

    • Evaluate, plan, research, write, and edit or revise risk and regulatory-oriented policy and process documentation deliverables

  • Lead the work of other technical writers or coordinate deliverables produced by multiple writers

  • Adopt usage of recommended internal governance templates, ensuring proper linkages and connections across multiple reference materials and document libraries/repositories

  • Ensure consistency and alignment with document formatting and hierarchies of various layers of process documentation

  • Frequently interact with project and program managers, analysts, system and product specialists, or subject matter experts
