Description:
Seeking a talented Appian Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Appian platform and possess strong problem-solving skills. The developer will primarily focus on configuring technical solutions using Appian's low-code/no-code platform and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions using the Appian low-code/no-code (LCNC) platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain applications and workflows that meet organizational needs and enhance business processes.
Ensure the scalability and performance of LCNC solutions across various environments.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new features and capabilities of LCNC platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LCNC applications and workflows
Required Skills:
Must possess an Appian Certified Associate Developer certification or higher
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining LCNC applications and workflows
Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and teams
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of data integration and API management within LCNC platforms.
Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 5 years of relevant work experience
Must possess an Appian Certified Associate Developer certification or higher
8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
