Consultant should be very strong in SQL
Snowflake/Informatica experience gets bonus points.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and ETL developers to understand data requirements and design test cases.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ETL processes.
Validate source data and ensure data quality and integrity during the extraction, transformation, and loading.
Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in data outputs.
Perform data reconciliation to verify that data is accurately processed and loaded into the target systems.
Work with large datasets and complex models to understand data lineage and transformations.
Execute backend data-driven tests to ensure the accuracy of ETL processes.
Utilize SQL queries and other tools to perform data analysis and validation.
Report test results, track and manage defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, PII, data governance, and security requirements.
Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modifying software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL testing or a similar role.
1+ years experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or similar.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
3+ years experience in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and testing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team
