Position Title: Program Manager IV
Location: Remote

Expected Duration: 09+ Months
Job Type: Contract (>=30 HRS WEEKLY)
Pay Range: $95 - $105
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Global Programs team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in launching a new third party partner ecosystem for our Client Business Partners. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- The position requires strong Project Management skill and ability to drive results working with cross functional partners. Understanding of Digital ad industry, knowledge of Client's family of apps, and analytical background will be of added advantage.
Candidate Value Proposition:
- The ideal candidate will be working on large, scaled global projects, and will get good exposure to Client's ad products and work with different cross functional teams, globally.
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Own & Drive key milestones of Program to stay on track for an on-time launch, working with various XFN stakeholders to ensure on-time deliverables
- Partner with various cross-functional teams like Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Legal to deliver Programs.
- Develop internal & external communication, reports, collaterals needed for successful program activation.
- Act as a program activation STO - manage meeting cadences, processes, documentation.
- Use data to develop reports on progress including status updates to executive leaders,
- Manage inbound from internal stakeholders - questions, queries & escalations.
Performance Evaluation:
- Performance will be evaluated based on project management capabilities (ability to manage large complex projects), effective communication skills (oral & written) and ability to deliver in partnership with cross functional partners.
- Attention to detail, exceptional documentation and analytical ability.
- The individual will be expected to pull data and analyze reports, identify issues, point out insights, make improvements, and drive adoption with minimal supervision.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in Partnership and/or project management
- Strong operational background - bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency.
- Comfortable working with a cross functional teams across time zones
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel etc.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Digital Advertising and Client products.
Soft-Skills:
- Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment.
- Good analytical skills - ability to work with data to create meaningful reports and provide insights.
Must-Have Skills:
- Project and Program manager, 3rd party partnership exp
- Handling Multiple stakeholders in partnership / client focused sales capacity
- Folks from Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.,
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Knowledge of Digital Advertising and Client products.
- Worked on large sets of data, pulling reports (Data management )
- Monthly reporting
Years of Experience:
- Overall 8+ years (Need to have 3+ in partnership capacity + agency and sales exp)
- 3rd party agency experience, tech companies
