Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 months.
 
Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Dynamics 365 Support Specialist with a strong background in Finance and Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications, ensuring seamless business operations and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, addressing and resolving user issues, system errors, and application performance problems.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, collaborating with other technical teams when necessary.
  • User Assistance: Assist users with navigation, report generation, data entry, and other tasks related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • System Configuration: Support configuration and customization efforts for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business requirements, including managing workflows, security roles, and data integration.
  • Updates and Patches: Manage and apply updates, patches, and new releases to ensure the system is up-to-date and functioning optimally.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain user documentation and provide training to end-users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Incident Management: Track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests through the support ticketing system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team, finance department, and other stakeholders to ensure the Dynamics 365 system aligns with business needs and objectives.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance, user activity, and potential areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of [10+] years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Project Management.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Certification: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Tools: Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools for reporting and data analysis is a plus.
