Job Summary:

Technical Analyst JD-Based in our Philadelphia office, Chubb Global Legal Operations is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Analyst to join our team. A successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for technology and problem-solving in a fast-paced collaborative environment. They will be able to combine technical acumen and analysis skills to build solutions and resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • This individual will be responsible for providing first-touch technical support on several applications utilized by the Legal and Compliance team, including the following:
  • Act as a primary liaison to end users, the development team, and the management team. Provide high-quality and detail-oriented user support for all in-house built Onit applications. This includes analyzing support issues and new enhancement requests, developing solutions that adhere to best practices, collaborating with development resources on large or complex issues, and maintaining timely communication with end users throughout the resolution process.
  • Coordinate all phases of the System Development Life Cycle activities of the team. Work with end users to gather requirements for new Onit applications or features, conduct testing, and monitor production implementations. Collaborate with all other team members, including Onit Managed Services, to manage all open inquiries from inception to delivery.
  • Create communications and user guides for new and existing applications and features. Conduct live and/or recorded training sessions for users as needed.
  • Create and maintain completed projects and system-related documentation in a well-organized process.
  • Additional related support and maintenance responsibilities determined as needed.


Skills:
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • The ability to manage multiple items in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Must be organized, be able to multitask and prioitize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to write clear and concise requirements and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to details.
  • Ability to work with others, from collaborating with Legal Operations team to working with users to troubleshoot issues or gather requirements.


Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in development, or as a technical/business/systems analyst.
  • Experience with Onit applications or Liquid programming language a plus.
