Job Summary

The ASG Solutions Architect - M365 will analyze, design, and implement Microsoft Endpoint management services and related solutions for our company's end customers and partners. They will also serve as the technical lead in installing, configuring and upgrading services within our customers' and partners environments.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft messaging solutions and related technologies based on customer requirements including:
    • Enterprise Mobility + Security
    • System Center Config Manager/ Microsoft Messaging Configuration Manager
    • Intune
    • Office 365
    • Azure AD
    • Conditional Access
    • Self Service Password Reset
    • Conditional Access
    • Multi Factor Authentication
    • SaaS Integration
    • Self-Service Password Reset
    • Cloud App Discovery
    • Azure Information Protection
  • Responsible for the migration of:
    • Latest legacy SCCM infrastructure to 3rd party configuration management solutions
  • Plan, manage and troubleshoot Office 365 ProPlus deployments
  • Assess and upgrade legacy SCCM infrastructure to the latest build
  • Develops technical roadmaps for future Microsoft 365 implementations
  • Develops business case analysis on potential projects
  • Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and workshops, overseeing the work of other project team members and being accountable for the outcome of the project
  • Document best practices and delivery guidance to delivery team
  • Collaborate with sales team in identifying and closing opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetings and presentations
  • Plan, manage, and troubleshoot complex customer environments, deployments, and migrations
  • Collect, produce and update deployment and design documentation for customer and partner engagements


Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
  • Minimum 3 years' experience designing implementing and integrating Microsoft Messaging technology
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with and migrating Microsoft Messaging technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience of Architect services


Certifications Required

  • Microsoft Associate Certification, must be obtained within 6 months of employment


Unique Requirements

  • Travel to customer sites, up to 10% annually


Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
