Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Services Operations Supervisor to oversee the project management team within our creative services department. This role is critical for ensuring efficient workflow, managing task distribution, and maintaining high-quality creative output across key brands. This is a hybrid role, based in Greensboro, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Project Management Team: Lead and manage the project management team, consisting of two direct reports (Project Management Coordinators). Ensure that all creative projects are delivered on time and align with brand goals.
  • Workflow Management: Manage and monitor all creative requests, overseeing task assignment and ensuring that projects are properly tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Brand Leadership: Act as the lead for key brands, overseeing the creative process and ensuring that all deliverables align with the brand's objectives and strategies.
  • Production Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative services team and the production team, addressing any missing creatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
  • House Ad Folder Maintenance: Maintain and update house ad folders, ensuring that all content remains current and aligned with brand messaging across various platforms.
  • Process Improvement: Regularly evaluate existing processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and the quality of creative operations. Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and improvements.
  • Enhancement & Coordination: Work closely with other departments, regularly updating senior management on the status of projects, workflow improvements, and performance against goals.
  • Backup for Art Revisions: Provide backup for last-minute art revisions when necessary, stepping in to ensure that project deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing creative project workflows and teams, preferably in a media or creative agency setting.
  • Expertise in project management software such as ASANA.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Ability to lead process improvements and implement new project management strategies.
  • Familiarity with the creative production process and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in maintaining brand consistency and working across various media platforms.
  • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
