Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you act as your clients' trusted advisor in leading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a specific digital product, or products, within an engagement. The Senior Product Manager will be aligned to a specific commodity (Power, Gas or Environmental Products) and/or a specific functional area (front, middle, or back office) You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business, end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles.

Your Impact:
  • Partner with client(s), strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools from which we can shape product propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience
  • Develop product vision, strategy, market/user research, by keeping the customer at the center of everything we do while using design thinking tools
  • Represent client in ideation workshops with cross-functional leaders where you identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options
  • Develop solution hypotheses iteratively, based on user research, and industry and market trend analysis
  • Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development; then validate that learning with user testing
Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features that will realize the product vision and value

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:
  • Working experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher
  • Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur
  • Good understanding of Crude & Refined products business
  • Energy trading and risk management with emphasis on Oil Trading & scheduling
  • Indepth knowledge of various derivatives instruments (Futures/swaps/options etc.) covering US and Europe markets
  • Planning, delivery, and assurance of your workstream deliverables
  • Driving and managing scope and design for a workstream, including assessing the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options
  • Point of escalation for issues within your workstream
  • Coaching and mentoring of the wider business analysis team
  • Generating innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities
  • Stakeholder management - building relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed and managing expectations
  • Hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur
  • PnL & Exposure reports & Simulations
Good to Have:
  • Able to understand business needs and convert to functional requirement, solution design and test
  • Work with Traders/Operations/Market Risk group for new business/product setup & modelling
  • Work with offshore technical team and provide required guidance
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at hands and prioritize them per need
  • Provide training when needed to business & prepare process guides


Additional Information

Salary Range: $123,000- $185,000
