Mandatory Qualifications
Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst with Cherwell to ServiceNow migration experience to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Drive Cherwell to ServiceNow migration planning, including impact analysis and gap assessments.
- Define workflows, user stories, and functional specifications for ServiceNow development.
- Support UAT, conduct training, and ensure smooth adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- Work with developers and administrators to ensure business needs are met.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity post-migration.
- Identify process improvement opportunities leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ITSM or ITOM projects.
- Experience in Cherwell to ServiceNow migration projects, including data mapping and process alignment.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.
- Ability to create detailed requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder workshops and UAT sessions.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred.
