Job Description:
Required Skills and Experience:

• Configure, support, implement and optimize Epic Application to improve clinical and administrative workflows. This role involves application design, build, troubleshooting, and testing, and may require on-call availability and travel.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Epic Cupid Expertise: Strong understanding of Epic's Cupid module, including its functionalities and workflows, especially in areas like Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology (including Chat and EP Lab workflows).

• Application Design and Configuration: Designing, building, and configuring Epic applications within the Cupid module, ensuring they align with client needs and workflows.

• Testing and Validation: Thoroughly testing and validating configured applications and ensuring they meet functional and technical requirements.

• Go-Live and Rollout Support: Defining go-live plans, providing support during the go-live process, and addressing any issues that may arise.

• Client Collaboration and Communication: Working directly with Epic end-users, project leadership, and IT teams to understand requirements, provide guidance, and facilitate implementation.

• Documentation and Optimization: Creating and maintaining application documentation, identifying areas for optimization, and providing recommendations for improvement.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in areas like DICOM, HL7, and other health-related standards.

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide effective solutions.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, peers, and management.
